Short answer on Hostinger vs GoDaddy India pricing: if you can pay for 4 years upfront, Hostinger usually comes out cheapest over the first 4 years. Its Single plan is ₹3,312 for 48 months and Premium is ₹6,672 (both excluding 18% GST), while GoDaddy’s entry Starter plan works out to about ₹6,792 over the same period once its renewal kicks in. Bluehost India can’t be compared over 4 years because it doesn’t publish renewal prices.
The bigger story is renewal. All three hosts advertise a low first-term price and charge more after that. This article puts the intro price, the renewal price and the total you’ll actually pay side by side, with every assumption spelled out so you can redo the maths yourself.
A quick note on sources. Hostinger prices come from Hostinger’s India sale page (October 2026). GoDaddy figures are per Zoutons’ reading of GoDaddy’s India pricing page, Aug 2026. Bluehost figures come from Bluehost India’s help page on pricing. Prices change often, so verify on each site before you pay.
Hostinger vs GoDaddy India: Entry and Mid Plans at a Glance
Before comparing totals, you need to know what each price actually means, because the three hosts quote very different terms.
- Hostinger quotes its lowest prices for a 48-month term, paid upfront, excluding 18% GST. The sale price applies to the first term only.
- GoDaddy intro prices (per Zoutons) are for a 3-year term. Whether GST is included on GoDaddy’s price cards is unclear, so check at checkout.
- Bluehost India lists three prices per plan on its help page. We read these as monthly prices for 12, 24 and 36-month terms. Bluehost says special offers apply to the initial term only, and renewal prices are not listed.
Entry plans
| Host and plan | Intro ₹/mo | Term for intro price | Renews ₹/mo | Websites |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger Single | 69 | 48 months | 289 | 1 |
| GoDaddy Starter | 89 | 3 years | 299 | 1 |
| GoDaddy Economy | 219 | 3 years | 599 | 1 |
| Bluehost Basic | 399 / 359 / 299 | 12 / 24 / 36 months | Not listed | 1 |
GoDaddy has two “entry” options because its cheapest plan, Starter, leaves out things most people need (more on that below). Economy is the closer match to Hostinger Single and Bluehost Basic in terms of what’s included.
Mid plans
| Host and plan | Intro ₹/mo | Term for intro price | Renews ₹/mo | Websites |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger Premium | 139 | 48 months | 449 | 3 |
| Hostinger Unlimited | 199 | 48 months | 649 | Unlimited |
| GoDaddy Deluxe | 329 | 3 years | 849 | 10 |
| GoDaddy Ultimate | 399 | 3 years | 1,099 | 25 |
| Bluehost Plus | 599 / 459 / 399 | 12 / 24 / 36 months | Not listed | Unlimited |
| Bluehost Choice Plus | 659 / 559 / 499 | 12 / 24 / 36 months | Not listed | Unlimited |
Bluehost also has a Pro plan at 1,599 / 1,529 / 1,459 per month that adds a dedicated IP. It sits closer to Hostinger’s Cloud Startup (₹599/month, renews at ₹1,599) than to the plans most beginners need, so we’ve left it out of the main comparison.

How Big Is the Renewal Jump?
This is the part of the Hostinger vs GoDaddy India comparison most price lists skip. Every one of these hosts uses a low intro price to win you, then charges more when the term ends. Here’s how much more, using the monthly figures:
- Hostinger Single: ₹69 to ₹289, roughly 4.2 times the intro price.
- Hostinger Premium: ₹139 to ₹449, roughly 3.2 times.
- Hostinger Unlimited: ₹199 to ₹649, roughly 3.3 times.
- GoDaddy Starter: ₹89 to ₹299, roughly 3.4 times.
- GoDaddy Economy: ₹219 to ₹599, roughly 2.7 times.
- GoDaddy Deluxe: ₹329 to ₹849, roughly 2.6 times.
- GoDaddy Ultimate: ₹399 to ₹1,099, roughly 2.8 times.
- Bluehost: unknown. The help page doesn’t list renewal prices.
Hostinger’s percentage jump looks steep because its intro prices are so low. What matters more is the rupee amount you pay after renewal. Compare the renewal prices directly and Hostinger Single (₹289) and GoDaddy Starter (₹299) are close, while Hostinger Premium (₹449) renews well below GoDaddy Deluxe (₹849). Remember that Hostinger’s figures exclude GST, and GoDaddy’s GST treatment is unclear, so the real gap at checkout may differ.
For Bluehost, ask support for the renewal price in writing before you buy. A host that won’t tell you what you’ll pay in year 4 is asking you to take that on trust.
Total Cost: First Term and 4 Years
This is the number that actually matters. We’ve calculated two totals for each plan: what you pay for the first term, and what you’d pay over 4 years (48 months).
Assumptions, so you can check our maths:
- Hostinger: 48-month term at the sale price. The first term already covers 4 years, so both totals are the same. Excludes 18% GST.
- GoDaddy: 36 months at the intro price, then 12 months at the listed monthly renewal price. GoDaddy may bill the renewal on a different term length, so treat year 4 as an estimate. GST treatment unclear.
- Bluehost: first term at the 36-month price (its lowest monthly rate). The 4-year total can’t be calculated because renewal prices are not listed. GST treatment not stated on the help page.
- None of the totals include domain renewal, extra mailboxes or add-ons.
Entry plans, total cost
| Plan | First term | First-term total | 4-year total | Avg ₹/mo over 4 years |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger Single | 48 months | ₹3,312 | ₹3,312 | ₹69 |
| GoDaddy Starter | 36 months | ₹3,204 | ₹6,792 | ₹141.50 |
| GoDaddy Economy | 36 months | ₹7,884 | ₹15,072 | ₹314 |
| Bluehost Basic | 36 months | ₹10,764 | Unknown | Unknown |
Mid plans, total cost
| Plan | First term | First-term total | 4-year total | Avg ₹/mo over 4 years |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger Premium | 48 months | ₹6,672 | ₹6,672 | ₹139 |
| Hostinger Unlimited | 48 months | ₹9,552 | ₹9,552 | ₹199 |
| GoDaddy Deluxe | 36 months | ₹11,844 | ₹22,032 | ₹459 |
| GoDaddy Ultimate | 36 months | ₹14,364 | ₹27,552 | ₹574 |
| Bluehost Plus | 36 months | ₹14,364 | Unknown | Unknown |
| Bluehost Choice Plus | 36 months | ₹17,964 | Unknown | Unknown |
Two things stand out, and they settle most of the Hostinger vs GoDaddy India debate. First, GoDaddy Starter is actually ₹108 cheaper than Hostinger Single for its first term, because that term is 12 months shorter. Over the same 4 years, though, the renewal year pushes it to roughly double Hostinger’s total. Second, at the mid level, Hostinger Premium for 4 years costs less than the first 3 years alone on GoDaddy Deluxe or Bluehost Plus.
With 18% GST added, Hostinger’s 48-month totals become about ₹3,908 (Single), ₹7,873 (Premium) and ₹11,271 (Unlimited). Add GST to the other hosts’ totals too if their checkout adds it. You can see the live Hostinger totals at checkout on Hostinger’s India site.

What if you don’t want a 4-year commitment?
This is where the comparison gets fairer to the competition. Hostinger’s lowest price needs the 48-month term, paid upfront. If you only want to commit for a year, Bluehost publishes a 12-month price: Basic at ₹399/month is ₹4,788 for the year, and Plus at ₹599/month is ₹7,188. Its 24-month totals are ₹8,616 (Basic) and ₹11,016 (Plus).
Hostinger offers shorter terms too, but at higher monthly prices than the sale rate quoted here. Check the exact figure on the checkout page before comparing. GoDaddy’s intro prices in our source are for 3 years.
So if cash flow matters more than the 4-year total, don’t just pick the lowest headline number. Compare what you’d pay upfront today on each site for the term you’re actually willing to commit to.
What’s Included: Domain, Email, SSL, Backups and Sites
A cheaper plan that makes you buy SSL or email separately isn’t cheaper. Here’s what each plan includes, based on the same sources. Where our source doesn’t mention a feature, we say “not listed” rather than guess.
| Plan | Domain | SSL | Backups | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger Single | Free domain | 1 free mailbox | Free | Weekly |
| Hostinger Premium | Free 1 year | 2 per site, free 1 year | Free | Weekly |
| Hostinger Unlimited | Free 1 year | Unlimited per site, free 1 year | Free | Daily + easy restore |
| GoDaddy Starter | Not included | Not included | Not included | Not listed |
| GoDaddy Economy | Free* | Included | Free 1 year | Not listed |
| GoDaddy Deluxe | Free* | Included | Included | Not listed |
| Bluehost Basic | Free | 5 accounts | Not listed | Not listed |
| Bluehost Choice Plus | Free + domain privacy | Unlimited | Not listed | CodeGuard, 1 year |
*GoDaddy’s free domain carries an asterisk in our source, which usually means conditions such as term length or first-year only. Read the fine print on GoDaddy’s site.
A few points worth calling out:
- Storage: Bluehost Basic lists 50 GB. Hostinger Single has 10 GB SSD, Premium 20 GB SSD and Unlimited 50 GB NVMe. For a small business site or blog, 10 to 20 GB is usually plenty, but Bluehost is more generous at the entry level.
- Email at entry level: Bluehost Basic’s 5 email accounts beat Hostinger Single’s 1 mailbox. GoDaddy Starter has none.
- Sites: GoDaddy Deluxe allows 10 sites and Ultimate 25. Hostinger Premium allows 3, and Unlimited and Bluehost Plus allow unlimited sites.
- Extras on Hostinger: every plan includes free SSL, a 30-day money-back guarantee, free website migration, CDN, the hPanel control panel (with a Hindi option), LiteSpeed servers, and Hostinger Agent, an AI assistant for support and site management. Premium and above include the AI Website Builder. UPI payments and GST invoices are supported.

Extra-Cost Traps to Watch For
The plan price is only part of the bill. These are the add-ons and conditions that catch people out with all three hosts.
1. GST on top
Hostinger’s prices exclude 18% GST, added at checkout. GoDaddy’s GST treatment is unclear from the price cards, and Bluehost’s help page doesn’t say. Always compare the final checkout amount, not the headline.
2. Domain renewal after year one
“Free domain” almost always means free for the first year. On Hostinger, the domain search page lists regular prices of ₹899 for .in and ₹1,499 for .com, which is what you can expect to pay from year two. Over a 4-year plan, that’s three years of domain renewals on top of hosting. Our guide on getting a free domain in India covers how to keep this cost down.
3. Bluehost’s early-cancellation domain charge
Bluehost says that if you cancel early, it deducts ₹1,260 for the free domain from your refund. Factor that in if you’re not sure the host will suit you.
4. SSL and email that aren’t included
GoDaddy Starter doesn’t include a free domain, email or SSL. You’ll need SSL for any modern site, since browsers warn visitors about sites without it. GoDaddy Economy includes SSL free for 1 year, so check what renewal costs. Hostinger includes free SSL on all plans.
5. “Free for 1 year” mailboxes
Hostinger’s Premium and Unlimited plans include mailboxes free for the first year. If you rely on business email, budget for it from year two.
6. Backups
Hostinger Single and Premium include weekly backups; Unlimited has daily backups. Bluehost includes CodeGuard backups only on Choice Plus, and only for the first year. Our GoDaddy source doesn’t list backups. If backups matter to you (they should), confirm what’s included and what it costs after the first year.
7. Upfront payment and long terms
Hostinger’s ₹69/month means ₹3,312 paid at once (plus GST). GoDaddy’s intro rates need a 3-year commitment. Big upfront bills are the price of low monthly rates everywhere. Hostinger’s 30-day money-back guarantee softens this a bit.

Who Should Pick Which Host
There’s no single winner for everyone. Your Hostinger vs GoDaddy India choice (and whether Bluehost beats both) depends on how long you’ll commit, how many sites you run and which extras you need. Here’s how we’d decide based on the published numbers.
Pick Hostinger if
- You can pay for 48 months upfront and want the lowest total over 4 years. Check the current figures on Hostinger’s sale page.
- You want an AI Website Builder, AI Writer and Hostinger Agent bundled in (Premium and up for the builder).
- You value UPI payment, GST invoices and a Hindi option in the control panel.
- You want India listed among the server locations.
Our full Hostinger review for India covers the pros and cons in more depth, and the Hostinger sale India guide lists every current deal.
Pick GoDaddy if
- Your domains are already at GoDaddy and you prefer one account for everything.
- You want a 3-year commitment instead of 4.
- You need 10 or 25 sites and like the Deluxe or Ultimate structure.
Avoid Starter unless you already have a domain, email and SSL sorted elsewhere.
Pick Bluehost if
- You want a published 12-month price and don’t want a multi-year lock-in.
- You want 50 GB storage and 5 email accounts on the entry plan.
- You want domain privacy and backups bundled (Choice Plus, first year).
Get the renewal price in writing before you buy.
Who should not pick Hostinger
If you can’t pay 4 years upfront, Hostinger’s headline price won’t apply to you, so compare shorter terms on each site. If you need many email accounts on a single cheap plan, Bluehost Basic gives you more. And if you’re planning a high-traffic store or app, look at Hostinger’s Cloud Startup or VPS plans rather than shared hosting from any of these three.

For the first term alone, GoDaddy Starter (₹3,204 for 36 months) is slightly cheaper, but it covers a year less and leaves out domain, email and SSL.

Which host gives the best free extras?

The Bottom Line
On sticker price, all three look cheap, which is why a Hostinger vs GoDaddy India comparison has to go past the first term. On renewal and 4-year totals, the gaps open up. Using the published figures, Hostinger has the lowest 4-year cost at both entry and mid level, as long as you can pay 48 months upfront. GoDaddy’s Starter is cheap for 3 years but missing essentials, and its mid plans renew high. Bluehost offers flexible shorter terms and generous entry storage, but without published renewal prices you can’t know its long-term cost.
Prices change often, especially during sales, so verify the current figures on each site before you buy. If Hostinger fits your needs, check the live 48-month prices on Hostinger’s India sale page, and remember to add 18% GST to the total.
